3 Ways to Stand Out on Reels

In today’s technology-savvy world, it can feel daunting to start a career on social media. However, I’m here to tell you that it can definitely be done— I’m living proof! One of my favorite platforms I’ve used to expand my business is none other than Instagram. And as of last month, Instagram has added a brand-new feature: Reels. Navigating any new platform may be confusing at first, but I want to help you get started. Not only have many of my Reels enjoyed massive success, but I’m also offering a limited-time course, Reels for Beginners, to guide you along the way!   Okay. So you’ve started making Reels. But how can you truly shine in a sea of repetitive content? Below are my top three tips on how to stand out on Reels.   1. Find your niche. Not everyone has to get famous by dancing in front of the camera. Of course, if that’s your thing, then go for it! For the rest of us less coordinated users, it’s important to find a topic that you’re truly passionate about— not just something that will make a quick buck.   2. KISS: Keep it simple, stupid! They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but what about videos? At the moment,  Reels only has the option for a 15-second time limit, so make sure to get your point  across from the get-go. Make sure to be concise and informative, and avoid making multipart videos that unnecessarily lead viewers on.    3. Be disciplined. Social media can be a fun place to share your interests and fun side with the world, but if you’re planning on using Reels or any other platform for business, then it’s time to get serious. I recommend making a content calendar for each month and to have a consistent posting schedule that will keep your audience engaged.   Interested in learning more? Well, I’d love to help. Come join me on Reels for Beginners for a in-depth survival guide on the world of Reels. For this week only, I’m listing this course for just $20. Be sure to take advantage of this offer soon, ‘cause I’d hate to see you miss it!
